In December 2002 AHLA acquired all proprietary design drawings, project files, customer Operation and Maintenance Manuals, spare parts inventory and registered trademarks of Geoenergy International Corporation.

Since then, several former key employees of Geoenergy including Principals Steve Jaasund and Gary Raemhild, Chief Engineer Jack Sebille, Chief Process Engineer Jarrad Markley, Project Manager Bob Smith and Service and PLC Specialist Philip Peters have joined Lundberg Associates.

With these acquisitions we have formed the Geoenergy Division of Lundberg Associates.

Since that time the division has continued to grow. Ray Elsman has joined the company as an RTO applications expert and Ron Renko for eastern U.S. sales. Our field service group has added Ron Reynolds, Tim Jackson and Jim Stephens.

From 1982 Geoenergy grew to become a worldwide leader in the supply of wet electrostatic precipitation and thermal oxidation technology with an extensive experience base in the panelboard industry. Geoenergy E-Tube^® Wet ESPs, GeoTherm^® RTOs and GeoCat^® RCOs presently treat over 11 million CFM of particulate and VOC-laden emissions.
